I'm looking for two types of stories; any recommendations?

(1) Something where House and Wilson end up living happily ever after, but only after House has learned to stand up for himself and not just his patients and after Wilson has been forced to confront and deal with his own failings. I've been reading lots of stories lately that touch on one or both of these, but they all either give up on Wilson entirely or they're serials or WIPs that never get to the reconciliation and happy-ending stage. I really need that happy ending! (Note that I'm NOT looking for fluff, though; the tags are kind of misleading.)

(2) Something where Wilson clues in after House develops a relationship with an OMC. The trick here is that it still needs to end House/Wilson AND the OMC needs to be somebody age- and intellect-appropriate who is believable as a compatible partner for House and not just a boytoy or sex-fling. I've read a few of the latter (Wilson clues in after seeing House with someone who was never real competition anyway), but they're not what I'm looking for. WIPs are okay for this, as long as we know the ultimate ending will be H/W.

CaliforniaQuail is the queen of the "House is a poor-baby wimp and Wilson is a jackass who needs to be taken to task" genre. Friend her and you'll get a lot of those types of stories.

As it happens, I do love most of californiaquail's work, but as I said in the OP, I'm specifically looking for stories that don't give up on Wilson. It may be hard for the Saint Wilson fanatics to grasp, but it is possible to suggest the man has feet of clay like everyone else without being a rabid Wilson-hater. (I'm pretty sure the latter exists more in rumor than actuality anyway.)

Hmmm, I only know of one like the second and it ends with Wilson having to share House. Not exactly what you wanted but most fics really do give up on Wilson in order to give House his HEA.
