I think it is in the Contractverse! but I'm not sure...

I remember that Wilson was taking care of House. House asked Wilson to wear gloves when taking care of him. Wilson assumed that someone had raped him.

it is indeed in the contractverse as I read it the other day but I can't remember which bit as I read all the spinoffs too. Will try and find the link. I remember the scene, it is when House is just able to communicate again and isn't yet up for the 6-month check, so asks Wilson to wear gloves although Wilson hadn't been up until then...
