Cigarette burns?

I read a fic awhile ago where House burns Wilson with a cigarette but I can't remember what it was called. I believe House had just come out of rehab, was smoking and then wound up burning Wilson.

I also read a fic awhile ago and I doubt this will be enough of a clue by here's hoping; it specifically focused on the unintentional shoulder bumping of the two as they walked down hallways.

Also, I'm looking for anything containing one party begging the other to dominate them, asphyxia, and/or restraints.
