Hey guys

Looking for a fic where House is in his bed and he starts to fantasize. Cuddy and Cameron show up but his thoughts almost immediately turn to Wilson. And surprisingly it's not all nakedness and porn, his dreams are pretty sweet and domestic. It ends with him waking up and feeling kind of wistful, so you've got all the makings of a good fic: angst, fluff, domesticity and smut. Does anyone remember who wrote it or where I can find it?
