Anybody have any smart and layered Housefic? Doesn't actually matter what pairing, but I've got a bit of a taste for H/W so that's why I'm posting here.
Something that makes it engaging on an intellectual level would be delicious. (Something to counteract everybody spilling their ~feelings~ and hormones everywhere on the show.)
Thanks :)

Date: 2010-10-08 02:31 am (UTC)Could you perhaps give us a bit more to go on, here? Because I'm not even sure where you personally draw the line between "intellectually engaging" vs. "emotions dripping all over the place."
I can blanket-rec
But I don't have any idea whether these are all writers you already know.

I apologize for the vagueness of my post, it was just my reaction to the sloppy writing of this week's episode. House was declaring his feelings, working through Nolan's process and generally larking around with flowers and not being interesting while ibuprofen and love continue to be enough for his leg pain...
I just wanted to read some stories in which the characters were interesting, complicated and... a little bit less drippy.
Thanks for the recs, I will certainly read (or reread) them!
