4. Check out the LJ com sick_wilson - they have a fabulous range of sick!Wilson fics - my faves are by alanwolfmoon, mer-duff and moose-mcmoose.
One of my faves is 'Boy Next Door' by resm, where Wilson suffers brain damage after an accident. Again, well written and very touching.

Cardio Necrosis' fic paper faces on parade starts with some rather sickening Huddy and Wilson/Sam but progresses to some lovely Hilson love by the end. there is also an interesting diagnostic plot line. very well written in my opinion.
