Can anyone rec me a Hilson fic in which House decides to amputate his leg after all?

I'm home at last! Here's a link to a list of simple__man's Churchverse. (http://simple--man.livejournal.com/134771.html#cutid1) I think House gets a prosthetic somewhere in there. To tell you the truth, I've only gotten through about half of this so far (in the chronological order list), but in Take a Picture, it mentions the prosthetic. Hope that helps!
