So I got round to organizing all my Hilson fics, and realised I am seriously lacking in: 

1. Coming out stories - aka. stories where they come out as a couple.
2. Possessive!House or Possessive!Wilson stories. 
3. Mpreg - but I always feel like I'm lacking more of those, but I think I've read all there is to read in that category :(
4. Wedding Fics. 
5. Always looking for more Fluff :)
6. First Time and/or First Meeting fics. 
7. Meeting The Parents fics - meaning them meeting each other's parents as a couple :) 

Anyone who can recommend something? All must be House/Wilson slash of course :D

Is that based on the prompt the mpreg big bang? Isn't that meant to contain character death? Such a turn off for me :P Can't handle House and Wilson without each other ;)

I f*cked up the summary. It's possible character death. [I had some trouble with that summary, which got written and rewritten until it knotted itself up.]
And yes, I meant you although I wouldn't mind a list by knittywoman either. :)
Well, I guess it's by now clear that no one dies. However, there is severe, permanent injury involved so you may not want to read it all the same.

You have a wide range of requests, so I am going to take the 'fluff' portion and let someone else help you with the rest. Below are all extremely well written fluffy fics that envision an established relationship or the start of one, and the two trying to live together. Lots of humor and very little angst.

There is another story that is part of that series that doesn't show up on the Housekeeping Series list for some reason. It is called Seduction in Suburbia (http://magie-05.livejournal.com/20534.html#cutid1) and is actually may favorite one of all.

If you'd like another bit of fluff that features House and Wilson pairing up, alongside a huge dollop of humor, try The Registry (http://deelaundry.livejournal.com/2189.html) by deelaundry.

I particularly love Eos' work for many reasons, not the least of which is the witty, IC banter that characterized the show's early seasons. While my all-time favorite is the Lost Causes series http://bit.ly/8dbYUu (I especially love the fleeting but spot-on image of PPTH on the Serengeti), you'll probably also enjoy Matchmakers http://bit.ly/wxRMTB, in which everyone tries to set Wilson up post-Julie. You've probably read these both, but I felt compelled to share for others who haven't.
