I have no idea...but it's really awesome! I've never seen this picture before. They look rather posed but...House's outfit is really off. It's formal-wear. I think it may be fan art, but I honestly have no clue.

Hmmm my first thought was fanart as some of it (specifically Cuddy and Wilson) reminds me of the early promos from season 1&2. But its not quite the same and House is in formal wear and Chase/Foreman are not wearing ties... so it doesn't really fit with that set of photos...

So I am not sure! I think its either an early promo or a really really good fanart! (not helpful at all I know! LOL)

That is a great photo! (Notice how in the color photo the bottle is positioned to highly Lisa Edelstein's boobs?) There are so many great promo photos out there...
