Lost fic?! House/Wilson

I think it was slash. I read it on Sick!Wilson. House and Wilson are in an accident and Wilson has to cut off house's bad leg. While they recover Wilson thinks House is mad with him because he cut his leg off. House wasn't mad but grateful because now he has no let pain fom the infraction.

Any ideas?

If you remember what sort of accident it was and what the injury to Wilson was it would help find it if it's on sick_wilson as the category system there is amazingly thorough.

I'ver read a few fics where House lost his leg but I can't offhand remember any where he was happy about it (at least not initially)

I think I was a car accident.

I also remember a medic trying to reach them and is able to talk to Wilson a tell him to cut off House's leg. Wilson has concussion and throws up when he cuts off House's leg and just goes back to it. House is unconscious.
