Searching for 2 fics

Hi, I have had a fic stuck in my head for days and while I was looking; I remembered another I couldn't find.
The first:
Wilson goes to a bar and picks put a guy and takes him back to the condo the guy strangles him during sex and leave him for died. House finds him and the cops investigate.  At first, they think House and Wilson are together and that House may have committed the crime. Nora doesn't help because she still thinks they are a couple and tells that to the police. Thirteen is involved somehow. House also didn't know Wilson liked men.
The second:
Wilson finds out he has a son or adopts a child in trouble. I can't remember why exactly but he is living on House's couch at the time. At one point Wilson can't get the child to help and House yells at them. It leaves Wilson in tears.
It's been a while since I thought about either of these fics but I spent a good 6 hours just looking, please help.

These sound very familiar, but I can't place them. Have you looked through Pgrabia's work? I'm not sure why I think she wrote them, but I think she wrote them. You can find her on LJ, DW and FFN.

Sadly none of those stories were a match to the fics I am looking for are both multi-chaptered.

I'm very glad you liked them...but I'm also confused because Pgrabia wrote a lot of multi-chaptered pieces. I guess she removed them from some places.

The kidfic I am thinking might be the one you are looking for is called The Law of House. It's gone from FFN and DW but I found a few chapters of it on the House_Wilson comm on LJ.

As far as I can tell the fic is there on the H-W comm but has no internal links and isn't tagged with an author name, so you have to search the hard way.

The first one was actually House picking up a guy and almost getting strangled with Wilson finding him. Wilson didn't think House was into guys. It was 'At the Spectra' by Pgrabia which was one of my faves but it looks like she deleted all copies :( If you happen to have someone point you toward a link to it, please let me know. In turn, if I find it somewhere, I will post to you :)

Well it looks like At the Spectra is still posted at H/W LJ but I think it may be hard to locate the entire fic. If it helps, here is a link to chapter 14 which is the one I could find at this point.
