Searching for a Fanfic

Will you help me? I'm searching for a specific House fic. I read it before and want to read it again, but I don't know the name of it. I'll describe what details I remember: I think House was either in an accident or goes missing. Thirteen helps Wilson look for him. I definitely know it's on FanFiction. If anyone can help me find it, that would be great.

Maybe? I'm not sure. All I'm sure is that Wilson and Thirteen team up to search for House. It's a multi-chapter one... and I know Wilson was really upset in the first chapter. I also know that Cuddy and Rachel come to the hospital at night when Cuddy receives a call about Wilson being upset. I've been searching up and down for it.

These aren't the one I'm looking for, sorry. I don't think the one I'm looking for is a post Moving On one. I think it's a post House's psychological breakdown. I know Cuddy gets a call about Wilson being upset and brings Rachel to the hospital with her. The writer mentions House's breakdown and that if Wilson had one, the situation was bad. The team is with Wilson in the conference room and Thirteen is trying to comfort him. Like I said before, he and Thirteen team up to go search for House.

I will definitely let you know if I find it. This really bugs me. I just want to know what it is. I guess I should've paid more attention to the title and author. Well, that doesn't matter now... as I don't know what it is.
