This is great!!  As I said just got into House and love H/W sickWilson becomming my fav.
Livejournal is very new to me and find it difficult to find stories read in the past
or a type of story.

I'm dashing a bit, so rather than dig out particular stories I'm just going to suggest having a look at my favourite fics list here (http://housepiglet.livejournal.com/5093.html), because all the lovely sick!Wilson I've been able to find is linked there. Look in the first section (the 'angst, hurt/comfort' section) and you'll find lots of them.

The definitive list of fantastic Housefics can be found on topaz_eyes's page - if you go to her page (just click on her username back there earlier in this sentence) and look down the right-hand margin you'll see her House Fic Rec Lists, Parts 1-3. Part 1 is House/Wilson. That should keep you happy for a very long time :)
