Does that ring a bell? I remember a fic, wherein House and Wilson are watching lesbian porn and (I think) start to make out after a while. Wilson gets aroused and instead of paying attention to the TV he just peers at House's profil etc.

It's not that there are a lot of fics that use it. I've only read about four or five. But it's always the name of a hooker or stripper it seems. Or just some slutty little girl that Wilson cheated on one of his wives with.
