In 2x24 'No Reason', what was the extent of House's injuries from what, I believe, Cameron described. Need the exact info so I can relate it to a fic I'm in the process of writing. If you could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.

As to what Cameron says, via clinic duty:
House: Did I lose any organs?
Cameron: The bullet to your abdomen pierced your stomach, nicked the bowel, and lodged in the posterior rib. [She pours him some water.]
House: Well, I always say, if you’re going to get shot, do it in a hospital.
Cameron: The one in your neck –
House: I don’t remember that one.
Cameron: -- went right through, severed your jugular. The shooter turns out to be a guy who –
Bear in mind, of course, that that's what Cameron says in House's hallucination. I think we can extrapolate that House's subconscious was telling him that those were his injuries -- always the diagnostician -- or part of him overheard what the fellows were saying, so it's probably pretty close, but you could always fudge a bit as needed if it's not written in stone.
