Looking for a fic

house_wilson_ghc_reqsI'm been looking for a fic I read, but can't seem to find it now and I don't know if I read it on LJ or fanfiction.net.
Anyway the fic was base in the future and is a death fic (I think). Anyway House and Wilson are in a long term relationship, basically House is in a nursing home and is in a wheelchair and Wilson comes and visits all the time, and they are actually waiting for another couple to die so they can get the double bed and Wilson can move into the nursing home. Eventually that happens and that when I'm not sure if they live happily ever after or they both pass on.
